How It Works
How Stress Becomes A Health Problem
One simple chain of events explains how everyday stress can turn into symptoms you’re feeling – or the ones medication may be masking.

We have equipment that measures the amount of stress placed on the nervous system, and based on this reading, we can potentially determine the possible impact on their health. One simple path to health challenges are as follows:
Stress creates tension
Mental or physical stress causes tension and tightness in your muscles.
Muscles shorten
This tension/tightness, causes shortening of the muscle fibers.
Bones get pulled
Shortened muscle fibers pull on the bones they’re attached to.
Nerves get pressure
Those bones are pulled out of place, placing pressure on the adjacent nerve.
Signals get disrupted
That pressure disrupts communication between your brain and whatever the nerve affects — an organ, system, or body part.
Symptoms show up
